CASA KAWAII

On the first floor of a recently renovated historic building equipped with elevator.

The Open Space house has two separate rooms, both with open mezzanine, futon-type double bed and satellite TV.

Additional double sofa bed on the ground floor.

the house sleeps a maximum of foue people.

Fully equipped kitchenette with bar counter complete with Nespresso coffee machine,

kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and main appliances.

Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and electric towel warmer.

Hot/ Cold air Conditioning system.

Iron, linen and towels provided.

CASA KAWAII MIDORI

On the mezzanine floor of the historic Palazzo Pes,

easy accessible via a staircase of 11 comfortable steps,

inside a reserved ancient noble court.

It has been renovated preserving pre-exiosting elements such as juniper beams and niches,

repainted in shades of white and has been decorated in green "Midori" in Japanese.

It has a bathroom, a double bedroom with Smart TV and a living room entrance with kitchenette

double sofa bed and Smart TV, sleeping a maximum of trhree persons.

The bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer and electric towel warmer.

The kitchen is equipped with a bar counter, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster,

microwave, fridge and freezer.

Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Hot/ Cold Air Conditioning.

The ancient courtyard in which it is located, a 1700 noble wing used as a stable,

preserves a charming and peaceful old-fashioned atmosphere.
